You can look at Scientific American and TED.com. The first is a categorized collection of 60-seconds talks, comprising Science, Environment, Tech, etc. Most of them include subtitle as well, especially the older ones. The latter is more than 1500 video talks about various topics. Regarding the subject of TED talks, most of them contain presentation, which needs watching the video beside listening its voice, however it's worth it; you will find them informative and attractive. Other advantage of TED is that the lecturers are not necessarily native, so you will get familiar with other accents. You can download the videos using the download button on the screen, where you can also choose to download the subtitle or not.
