let me answer....I am a girl....we prefer to asked in a place which is not very busy (not excatley romantic or ...)just a place that be suitable for talking about
and it's very important for me myself that boy never never says his secret on the phone....i think he does'nt want to spend time for me....if he wants to marry he should pay for flower and time!
flower itself is not important ....the important is i should find out that i'm respected by him...
best is to say it in formal way.
