COOLING TOWER
Furnish and install, as shown on plans, _____ factory-assembled cooling tower(s) of counterflow blow-through design, with single side air entry. Cooling tower shall have fan assemblies built into the pan, with all moving parts factory mounted and aligned. All structural elements and steel panels shall be constructed of G235 (Z700 in metric) hot-dip galvanized steel.

CAPACITY
The cooling tower(s) shall have the capacity to cool _____ gpm of _____ from _____ °F to _____°F with _____°F entering air wet bulb temperature. Performance shall be certified by the Cooling Technology Institute in accordance with CTI Certification Standard STD-201 or, lacking such certification, a field acceptance test shall be conducted within the warranty period in accordance with CTI acceptance test code ATC-105, by the Cooling Tower Institute or other qualified independent third party testing agency. The tower(s) shall operate against _____ inch External Static Pressure.

PAN/FAN SECTION
The combination pan/fan section shall be constructed of heavy gauge galvanized steel utilizing double-break flanges for maximum strength and rigidity and reliable sealing of watertight joints. The fans and motors shall be located in the dry entering airstream to provide greater reliability and ease of maintenance. Standard pan accessories shall include circular doors, large area lift-out strainer of anti-vortexing design, and brass make-up valve with large diameter polystyrene filled plastic float arranged for easy adjustment.

The forwardly-curved centrifugal fans shall be dynamically balanced. Fan housings shall have curved inlet rings for efficient air entry, and rectangular discharge cowls shall extend into the pan to increase fan efficiency and prevent water from entering the fans. Fans shall be mounted on a steel fan shaft supported by heavy-duty, self-aligning, relubricatable bearings with case iron housings. The fan shaft shall be protected with a two part epoxy coating for corrosion protection.

FAN MOTOR AND DRIVE
_____ hp, _____ rpm drip-proof ball bearing fan motor(s) with 1.15 service factor shall be furnished. Motors shall be suitable for outdoor service on _____ volt, _____ hertz, _____ phase electrical service. Each motor shall be located in a protective enclosure on an easily adjusted heavy-duty motor base. V-belt fan drive(s) shall be designed for not less than 150% of motor nameplate horsepower, Drive(s) and all moving parts shall be protected by removable hot-dip galvanized screens and panels.
SURFACE SECTION
The heat transfer casing section(s) shall be removable from the pan-fan section to facilitate rigging. Each section shall include serpentine, PVC wet deck surface below a spray-type water distribution system, all encased by galvanized steel panels with removable sectional eliminators at the top. The wet deck surface shall consist of serpentine sheets of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The PVC sheets shall be impervious to rot, decay, fungus or biological attack and have flame spread rating of 5 per ASTM Standard E84-77a. The surface shall be manufactured and performance tested by the cooling tower manufacturer to assure single source responsibility and control of the final product.

WATER DISTRIBUTION
Water shall be distributed evenly over the tower fill area by a water distribution system consisting of header ans pray branches of Schedule 40 PVC pipe with large orifice plastic distribution nozzles. The branches and plastic spray nozzles shall be held in place by snap-in rubber grommets providing quick removal of individual nozzles or complete branches for cleaning or flushing. The header shall include provisions for measuring spray pressure externally.

ELIMINATORS
Eliminators shall be constructed of specially formulated PVC and be removable in easily handled sections. They shall have a minimum of three changes in air direction with an air deceleration zone to direct discharge air away from the fans and limit drift loss to less than 0.002% of the total water circulated.

UNIT SIZE
Overall dimensions shall not exceed approximately _____ feet x _____ feet with an overall height not exceeding approximately _____ feet. The operating weight shall not exceed _____lbs.
The cooling tower shall be Baltimore Aircoil Model __________

OPTIONAL BALTIBOND® Corrosion Protection System*
All designated steel parts shall be supplied with the BALTIBOND® Corrosion Protection System* applied in the manufacturer’s plant by the manufacturer. It shall consist of:
  1. G-235 (Z700 in metric) hot-dip galvanized steel.
  2. Parts prepared in a four-step (clean, pretreat, rinse, dry) process.
  3. Electrostatically spray thermosetting, hybrid polymer fusebonded to the hot-dip galvanized substrate during a thermally activated curing stage.
  4. Quality assurance inspection program including 23 steps throughout polymer application and unit fabrication. Unit (parts) shall be assembled with phenolic-epoxy coated, cadmium-plated, washerhead fasteners.
The BALTIBOND® Corrosion Protection System* shall have the following final characteristics:
  1. When "X" scribed to the base substrate it shall be able to withstand 6,000 hours of 5% salt spray test according to ASTM Standard B1117. No blistering or chipping around the intersection of the scribes or any undercutting or creepage along the scribes, shall occur.
  2. When "X" scribed to the base substrate, it shall show no signs of chemical attack after 6,000 hours exposure in acidic (pH4) or alkaline (pH11) water solutions at 95°F.
  3. Shall not fracture or delaminate after 160 rounds direct impact from a 0.625 inch radius impact tool according to ASTM Method D2794.
  4. Shall not crack as a result of 6,000 hours of continuous ultra-violet exposure, equivalent to 120,000 hours of normal sunlight radiation.
  5. Shall not show signs of deterioration after minimum of 200 thermal shock cycles conducted between -25°F and 180°F.
  6. Shall show no signs of erosion when exposed continuously for 6,000 hours to high pressure (60 lbs.) water jet.

من برای اتمام پروژه پایانیم به اطلاعاتی مثل PFD یا P&ID از واحدهای شامل Cooling Tower احتیاج دارم. در واقع موضوع پروژه من طراحی مدار خنک کننده شامل برج های خنک کننده با نرم افزار ASPEN PLUS است.:) اطلاعاتی که لازم دارم در مورد مبدل ها و برج های موجود در مدار و مشخصات جریان و دما وفشار است. اگه کمکم کنید ممنون می شم.:redface:
