بنده نقشه (مدار) سنسور یا حسگر گاز مونواکسید کربن برای ساخت می خواستم و میخواستم بپرسم که اسم IC اون چیه؟

بنده نقشه (مدار) سنسور یا حسگر گاز مونواکسید کربن برای ساخت می خواستم و میخواستم بپرسم که اسم IC اون چیه؟
دوست عزیز نقشه آماده ای ندارم که بهت بدم فقط خواستم بگم سنسور گاز هم مثل بقیه سنسور ها چیز وحشت ناکی نیست که حتما ای سی خاصی برای درایو کردنش بخواد . یه سنسوره با یه مقاومت متغیر با میزان گاز موجود . کافیه با یه پتانسیومتر سری بسته بشه و ولتاژی به دوسرش اعمال بشده که ولتاژ متناسب با ولتاژ قابل تحملش باشه . و بعد از اون نقطه اتصال این دو قطعه به یه آمپلی فایر و یا ترانزیستور مناسب وصل بشه . خروجی هم به یه نمایش گر عقربه ای یا دیجیتال که میتونه یه ولت متر ارزون قیمت باشه وصل کنی . همین فقط موقع ساخت شاید لازم بشه کمی ابتکار به خرج بدی.

کاملا درست گفتند . نیازی به ای سی خاص یا کار سختی نیست .
سنسورش که موجوده و فقط بایاس اون میمونه که باید دیتا شیتشو بگیریدتا جای پایه های سنسور را بفهمید و کارتونو راه بندازید.
در ضمن خیلی راحت میتونید خروجی سنسور گازتون که ولتاژ انالوگ هست را به adc یک میکرو بدید و حتی مقدار گاز و درصدشو رو براتون روی lcd نمایش بده.
پروژه نمایش گاز شهری و دمای محیط را من انجام دادم ولی نقشه و مدارشو ندارم ، اگر خواستید بگید نقششو براتون دوباره میکشم و با برنامه میکرو همینجا میزارم .

براي ساخت دستگاه اندازه گير غلظت مونواكسيد كربن مهم ترين چيز استفاده از آي سي ATMEGA 16 ياATMEGA 32 است كه داراي مبدل A TO D آنالوگ به ديجيتال است مي باشد .

بنده نقشه (مدار) سنسور یا حسگر گاز مونواکسید کربن برای ساخت می خواستم و میخواستم بپرسم که اسم IC اون چیه؟

سلام
ساده ترین مدار رو برات ارسال میکنم و اگه دوستان علاقه مندی خودشون رو نشون بدن
یه پروژه کامل دستگاه اطفا حریق رو که طراحی کردم و تا الان دو نفر درس پروژه ساختشون رو با این پروژه 20 گرفتن در اختیارتون میذارم
این مدار ساده که عکسش رو گذاشتم میتونه با سنسور tgs 813 ژاپنی یا mq چینی کار کنه
طرز کارش هم به این صورت هستش که با افزایش غلظت گاز (نوع گاز به نوع سنسور بستگی داره که اینجا مونوکسید کربن و متان هستش) جریان عبوری از مقاومت RLافزایش پیدا میکنه

بله حتما
این سنسور در اثر قرار گرفتن در هوای محیط یه جریانی رو از بخش اولیه به ثانویه ارسال میکنه و با تغییرات غلظت گاز ( بسته به کد سنسور) مقدار این جریان تغییر میکنه
با اندازه گیری ولتاژ RL میتونیم به صورت حدودی غلظت گاز رو مشخص کنیم
