سلام دوسته من ابتدا نرم افزاری که میخواید ورژنش رو ببینی انتخاب کن روش راست کیلیک کن (اگه روی دسکتاپ یا هر مکانی غیر از پوشه نصبی هست) بعد find target یا open location رو بزن تا بتونی فایل اجرایی اصلی رو پیدا کنی یا اگه میدونی فایل اصلیش تو کدوم پوشه نصب شده به همون پوشه برو و روی فایل اجرایی...

از سیستم ولوم چیزی نمیدونم و تا حالا دنبالش نرفتم اما یه سری تنظیمات واسه سطل اشغال هست انجام بدین مشکلتون حل میشه سطل اشغال رو باز کنید داخل پنجره راست کیلیک کنید به properties برید حالا مقدار فضای لازم رو تنظیم کنید البته سطل اشغال رو میشه از روش دیگه هم خالی کرد روش بالا مقدار حجم مجاز رو...

میشه بگی چه خطایی میده یا در چه مرحله ای دوباره ریست میشه

خب اگه این نرم افزار نصب باشه حذفش کنید کافیه

به احتمال زیاد روی سیستمی که ویستا هست نمیزاره اکس پی نصب کنی بهتره بک اپ بگیری وا قبل از پاک کردن ویندوز اکس پی به این فکر کنی که اگه نزاره نصب کنی چی میشه
